Michelle has just completed a new updated database of all
registered race teams.
WE HAVE 62 RACE TEAMS with issued numbers.
30 Pro Class and 32 Stock Class (6 are JeepSpeed East). Commencing
Jan 1st 2005 our annual registration requirement is changing.
All teams will be required to complete a new registration
forms and liability waivers. New members will be charged $100
initial fee, and a yearly renewal fee of $50 will be charged
to current members to keep their permanent race number in
force.
This will enable us to have improved communications with
racing teams and ensure that numbers are only issued to bona
fide teams.
The new forms will be available Dec 1st and
Michelle will have supplies at the Henderson race Dec 3/4.

Few Words On Nerfing
It seems SOME of our drivers have created a problem for all
by not watching their mirrors this season.
When we started with MDR we had a no nerf rule but we blew
it when some of OUR drivers started hitting other cars.
We urge all JeepSpeed drivers and co-riders to watch their
mirrors and move over quickly. Also everyone should have some
GOOD rear body protection. We like Ray Curries car with the
spare wheel as protection.
We also need to do some canvassing to let
the sport know we are not rolling roadblocks and some JeepSpeeders
are fast and we all are responsible competitors.
