2026 Jeepspeed Season Guide

The 2026 Yokohama Tire Jeepspeed Race Series presented by KMC Wheels returns to three Best in the Desert rounds in Nevada and Arizona. This page is your single reference for dates, race pages, and what to do before you load the trailer.

2026 race schedule

What to expect at each round

Silver State 300 (Tonopah, NV): A fast desert loop with mountain sections and famous silt beds. Jeepspeed teams often stage from Las Vegas and haul to the course on race day. Details: Silver State 300 race page.

Vegas to Reno: The longest point-to-point race in the U.S. For 2026 it runs Reno to Las Vegas. Plan for night driving, dust, and long chase legs on Highway 95. Details: Vegas to Reno race page.

Laughlin Desert Classic: A two-day BITD format with infield short-course sections and desert loops near Laughlin. Jeepspeed runs in the first race block each day. Details: Laughlin Desert Classic race page.

Championship points and classes

All four Jeepspeed classes score points at every round: Challenge 1700, Cup 2700, Outlaws 3700, and Trophy 4700. Points tables and past seasons are on the homepage under Racer's Corner, or on the dedicated race calendar page.

New racer checklist

1. Pick your class and read the rules PDF for that class.
2. Complete Jeepspeed membership and reserve your race number.
3. Register for the BITD event at bitd.com.
4. Order decals and review the mandated sticker guide on the how-to-race page.
5. Walk through tech and contingency with your crew before leaving home.
