Return Policy

Satisfaction is GUARANTEED! If you experience a problem with an item purchased from us, please contact us so we can trouble-shoot the problem.

We certainly want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to abuse of our liberal return policy the following return policy must be enforced. We'll accept returns only with a return authorization number issued from us via email. Merchandise accepted for return, with all original packaging, paperwork and manuals, and in new condition and is subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the original purchase price. Any and all returns will be subject to this restocking fee. Returns will only be accepted within 90 calendar days of original purchase date. Any and all shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

• Within 30 days of ship date: Full refund via payment method used to order, less any restocking fees.
• After 30 days of ship date: Store credit only, less any restocking fees.
• After 90 days of ship date: No refunds or returns after 90 days.

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, Garage Sale or Scratch & Dent items.
Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.

While RDM Offroad and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.
With respect to items sold by RDMOffroad.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mispriced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:
• Your order will be held, and we will attempt to contact you for further instruction regarding you order.
• Your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately
